AlGhashiyahJourney mobile application (the “App”).

Short summary: AlGhashiyahJourney is designed to work without collecting,
storing, sharing, selling, or tracking your personal data. The App does not require account creation,
does not include third-party advertising, does not use analytics for user profiling, and does not sell
or share personal information.

The App is an educational and reflective Quran learning app focused on Surah Al-Ghāshiyah. It includes

AlGhashiyahJourney handles information when you use the App.

The App is designed as a Quran learning and reflection experience for Surah Al-Ghāshiyah. It presents

attribution.

The App is designed to work without collecting personal data through INGOAMPT servers.

The App includes a Sources & Credits section inside the App.

English Translation

edited by Farida Khanam, Goodword Books.

Arabic Recitation Audio

Arabic recitation audio is ayah-by-ayah recitation by
Sheikh Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary.
The audio is sourced from Quranic Universal Library (QUL) by Tarteel
and is used with attribution for educational Quran learning and reflection.

QUL states that its data may be used in commercial projects, but individual resource licenses may require
review or attribution. The App provides attribution for the audio source inside the App.

English Audio

English audio is generated on device using Apple text-to-speech from the displayed English translation.
INGOAMPT does not collect the text-to-speech audio or personal data from this feature.

Opening Invocation

The opening refuge phrase and Bismillah are displayed as devotional opening text before the Surah journey.

Visual Design

Visual design and reflection experience are created by INGOAMPT.

5. Age Suitability and Visual Content Advisory

AlGhashiyahJourney is an educational Quran reflection app focused on Surah Al-Ghāshiyah.
The App includes Arabic Quran text, English translation, Arabic recitation, English text-to-speech,
and visual reflection images.

Some images symbolically represent serious themes from the surah, including the Day of Judgment,
accountability, fear, punishment, reward, reflection, and the Hereafter.

Some visual scenes may appear dark, intense, frightening, or emotionally serious. Some scenes may include
symbolic or artistic depictions of hardship, fear, fire, or human suffering related to the meanings being
reflected on in the surah.

These images are used only to support Quran learning and reflection. They are not intended as entertainment,
shock content, horror content, or graphic violence.

The App does not intentionally include blood, gore, explicit torture, sexual content, nudity, gambling,
weapons promotion, hate content, chat, or user-generated content.

Because the App includes serious religious themes and intense visual reflection images, it may not be
suitable for very young children. Parents and guardians should review the App before allowing a child
to use it.

The App is not submitted for the App Store Kids Category.

The App Store age rating is determined by Apple’s App Store Connect age-rating questionnaire based on
the app’s content and features.

6. How the App Works

The App provides a structured journey through Surah Al-Ghāshiyah. It may include:

  • Introductory full-screen slides
  • Arabic Quran text
  • English translation
  • Arabic recitation audio
  • English text-to-speech reading
  • Visual reflection images
  • Separate sections for different groups of ayahs
  • A Full Surah screen
  • Sources and credits

The App does not require users to create content, upload content, chat with others, or submit personal
information.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device, including using a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or
other device security features if available.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this App.
