This Privacy Policy explains how INGOAMPT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in relation to the
Background IMG Remove INGOAMPT mobile application (the “App”).

We aim to keep our privacy practices simple and transparent. The App does not show advertisements, does not use AdMob,
does not sell personal data, does not create user accounts, and does not use a cloud database operated by INGOAMPT.
The App uses Firebase Analytics to help us understand general app usage and improve the App.

Background IMG Remove INGOAMPT is designed to help users remove image backgrounds and work with images in a simple way.

  • The App does not display ads.

  • The App does not create user accounts.
  • The App does not use an INGOAMPT cloud database to store user files.
  • The App uses Firebase Analytics for basic app analytics.

Because Firebase Analytics is included in the App, limited analytics-related data may be collected and processed by Google/Firebase.

2. No Ads, No AdMob, and No Advertising Tracking

The App does not contain advertising and does not use Google AdMob.
We do not use the App to show personalized ads, and we do not use Firebase Analytics for advertising tracking.

The App does not intentionally access Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.

3. Firebase Analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand general app usage and improve the App.
Firebase Analytics may collect analytics information such as app interactions, app events, app lifecycle information, device and operating system information,
general usage statistics, and an app instance identifier.

Firebase Analytics may also derive general location information from masked IP addresses. This is used for analytics purposes and not for advertising in this App.

Firebase Analytics helps us understand things such as whether the App is being used, which features are generally used, and how we can improve the App.
We do not use Firebase Analytics to personally identify users.

4. Images and App Content

The App may allow users to choose, edit, or process images for the purpose of removing backgrounds or using the App’s image features.
INGOAMPT does not intentionally collect, sell, or store the images selected by users in an INGOAMPT database.

Images, edits, and saved results remain under the user’s control on the user’s device, unless the user chooses to save, export, or share them using iOS or another service.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not ask users to provide personal information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Home address
  • Account username or password
  • Payment card information

The App does not include account registration or login functionality.

6. How Analytics Data Is Used

Analytics data collected through Firebase Analytics may be used for the following purposes:

  • To understand general App usage
  • To improve App performance and user experience
  • To identify which features are useful
  • To help maintain and improve the App
  • To understand general technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app version

We do not use analytics data to display ads in this App.

We do not sell user information.

Analytics information may be processed by Google/Firebase because Firebase Analytics is integrated into the App.

INGOAMPT does not maintain a separate user database for this App.
Analytics data processed through Firebase Analytics is retained according to the settings and retention rules of Firebase/Google Analytics.

Depending on your country or region, you may have privacy rights such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about data processing.

Because the App does not create user accounts and does not directly collect contact information from users, we may not be able to identify a specific user from an email request alone.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App does not include advertising, user accounts, or user-to-user communication features.
