This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for INGOAMPT products and services, including iOS apps, SaaS products, software tools, downloadable digital products, website-based digital products, and other INGOAMPT services.
1. iOS Apps Purchased Through the Apple App Store
If you purchased an INGOAMPT iOS app, subscription, or in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, your payment was processed by Apple.
For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple’s official refund process. Apple reviews and decides App Store refund requests according to Apple’s own rules, policies, and procedures.

INGOAMPT can provide support for our iOS apps, but INGOAMPT cannot directly refund payments that were processed by Apple through the App Store.
2. Products Purchased Directly From the INGOAMPT Website
For products purchased directly from the INGOAMPT website, including SaaS products, software tools, downloadable digital products, online tools, digital licenses, templates, plugins, and other digital products sold directly by INGOAMPT, INGOAMPT offers a voluntary 40-day refund period.
If you are not satisfied with a product or service purchased directly from INGOAMPT, you may request a refund within 40 days from the date of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund for Direct Website Purchases
To request a refund for a product purchased directly from INGOAMPT, please email us at:

Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your full name
- The product or service name
- Your order confirmation, receipt, invoice, or proof of payment
- The email address used for the purchase
- A short explanation of the issue or why you are requesting a refund
Refund requests without enough purchase information may take longer to process because we may need to verify the payment first.
4. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, INGOAMPT will refund the payment to the original payment method where technically possible.
For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will normally be sent back to the same bank account or payment source used for the original purchase, unless another refund method is legally or technically required.
5. Digital Products and Return Shipping
Most INGOAMPT products are digital products, SaaS products, software tools, downloadable products, online services, or app-related products. Therefore, there is usually no physical product to return.
For eligible digital product refunds, no physical return shipment is required.
Return shipping cost: €0 / free for digital products.
Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
6. Refund Processing Time
After a refund request is reviewed and approved, INGOAMPT will process the refund without undue delay and normally within 14 calendar days.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card provider, payment processor, or payment platform.
7. SaaS Access, Digital Access, and Account Cancellation
For SaaS products, online tools, digital access products, or license-based products, INGOAMPT may cancel or deactivate access to the refunded product after the refund is approved.
After receiving a refund, you should stop using the refunded digital product, license, downloadable file, SaaS access, or software tool.
8. Conditions and Abuse Prevention
Refunds may be refused or limited where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated misuse of the refund policy, violation of product terms, chargeback abuse, or where the purchase was not made directly from INGOAMPT.
INGOAMPT may also refuse a refund request if the buyer cannot provide a valid receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or proof of payment.
9. Consumer Rights
This voluntary 40-day refund policy for direct INGOAMPT website purchases does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under Austrian, EU, UK, or other applicable consumer protection laws.
Where mandatory consumer protection law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
