Privacy Policy for Flashcards INGOAMPT German B1

This Privacy Policy explains how INGOAMPT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in relation to the
Flashcards INGOAMPT German B1 mobile application (the “App”).

We respect user privacy and want to be clear about how the App works. The App is designed as an educational German B1 flashcard learning app.
The current version of the App does not display in-app advertisements and does not use AdMob banner ads,
interstitial ads, rewarded ads, or other in-app advertising placements.

However, the App may use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase and related measurement tools to understand
how the App is used, improve the App, measure app performance, and measure the effectiveness of advertising or marketing campaigns used
to promote the App.

1. Introduction

INGOAMPT respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be handled when you use
Flashcards INGOAMPT German B1, how that information may be used, and what choices you may have.

The App is intended to help users learn German B1 vocabulary and language content through flashcards,
examples, pronunciation, images, and related educational features.

We do not ask users to provide personal identity information directly inside the App.

In the normal use of the App, we do not directly ask for or collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your postal address
  • Your personal documents
  • Your private messages
  • Your contacts
  • Your photos or videos
  • Your precise GPS location
  • Your payment card details

The App is primarily an educational flashcard app. Users can use the learning content without creating an account with INGOAMPT.

5. Firebase Analytics and Measurement

The App may use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google,
to help us understand general app usage and improve the App.

Firebase Analytics may collect app usage and behavior information, such as app opens, screen views, events,
interactions with features, session information, app version, device information, and other technical or analytics-related information.

Firebase Analytics may also use identifiers such as an app-instance identifier or device-related identifiers to measure app usage,
understand unique installations, and provide analytics reports.

We may use Firebase and Google-related measurement tools to understand the effectiveness of marketing or advertising campaigns
used to promote the App. This is separate from showing ads inside the App. The App does not currently display in-app ads.

6. Types of Data That May Be Collected

Depending on the Firebase configuration and the features used in the App, the following categories of information may be collected
or processed by Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase:

  • Usage Data: app opens, screen views, feature interactions, session duration, learning activity events, and other app interaction events.
  • Device and App Information: device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, and technical information needed for analytics reporting.
  • Identifiers: app-instance identifiers, vendor identifiers, or advertising identifiers where available and permitted.
  • Approximate Location: general country or region information may be inferred for analytics reporting; the App does not collect precise GPS location for normal flashcard use.
  • Purchase-Related Events: if the App offers in-app purchases and if analytics measurement is enabled, limited purchase or conversion events may be measured for analytics and campaign performance.
  • Advertising or Campaign Measurement Data: data used to understand whether advertising or marketing campaigns helped users discover or install the App.

We do not use this data to personally contact users, and we do not sell it to data brokers.

7. How Data Is Used

Analytics and measurement data may be used for the following purposes:

  • App Functionality: to support, maintain, and improve the App experience.
  • Analytics: to understand how users interact with the App in an aggregated or measurement-based way.

AdMob banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, and similar in-app advertising placements are not currently used to show ads inside the App.

If a future version of the App adds in-app advertisements again, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated
to explain the change before or at the time such feature becomes available.

9. Tracking and Advertising Measurement

The App may use Firebase / Google Analytics measurement tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing or advertising campaigns
that promote the App outside the App.

Where Apple’s App Tracking Transparency rules apply, the App will request user permission before using data for tracking purposes
as defined by Apple. If permission is denied, the App should not use the Identifier for Advertisers or similar tracking methods
for tracking purposes.

Tracking, in this context, does not mean that in-app ads are shown. It means that certain analytics or identifier data may be used
to measure advertising campaigns, attribution, or user acquisition performance, where permitted by law and platform rules.

We do not share personal data with data brokers.

10. In-App Purchases and Payments

The App may offer Apple-managed in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features if shown in the App Store listing.

Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. INGOAMPT does not collect or store your payment card number,
bank account information, or full billing details through the App.

Apple may process payment and purchase-related information according to Apple’s own privacy practices and App Store rules.

The App may locally recognize whether a purchase is active in order to unlock paid features or remove limitations.
If analytics measurement is enabled, limited purchase or conversion events may also be used to understand App performance
and marketing effectiveness.

11. Accounts and Registration

The App does not require users to create an INGOAMPT account to use the main flashcard learning features.

We do not maintain usernames, passwords, social profiles, or account pages for this App unless a future version clearly adds such functionality.

12. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We may share or process limited analytics and measurement information with third-party service providers that help us operate,
understand, and improve the App.

The main third-party service currently described for this App is:

  • Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase: used for analytics, app improvement, and advertising or marketing measurement.

We do not sell personal data to data brokers. We do not use third-party in-app ad placements in the current version of the App.

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful request from public authorities,
or where necessary to protect rights, safety, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, or enforce legal terms.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

Analytics and measurement data may be retained by Firebase / Google according to Google’s retention settings, Firebase policies,
and the configuration selected for the analytics property.

We do not maintain a separate user account database for this App.

Depending on the request, we may be limited in our ability to identify a specific user because the App does not require account registration
with INGOAMPT.

Users can also manage tracking permissions through iOS settings where Apple provides such controls.

We take privacy and security seriously and aim to keep the App simple, useful, and respectful of users.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to use reasonable safeguards and trusted service providers,
we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Children’s Privacy

Protecting children’s privacy is important to us.

We do not knowingly ask children to provide direct personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses through the App.

Because the App may use Firebase Analytics or measurement tools, parents and guardians should review this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information
before allowing a child to use the App.

Because the App does not require an INGOAMPT account and does not directly collect your name or email address through the App,
